The first character looks like a modified lowercase 'z' from this typeface, and the second is the lowercase 's'.

It looks like it's Bebas, though. The only thing that isn't from Bebas is the apostrophe.

Not a font. Sorry. Although it looks like you might be able to get something that looks very similar if you type 'Steelers' in Helvetica Condensed Bold and modified it in Illustrator.

It looks like it's Pandaman with modifications (on the stem of the 'b' in particular).

This isn't a typeface. This is J. Edgar Hoover's actual signature. You can see an example on Wikipedia.

No, they aren't exactly the same. Look at the stems on the 'F' and the 'Y', for instance. Not to mention the top of the 'I' and the overall rounded, thicker feel to Friday's logo versus what you linked to.
