That's no digitized font as all a's and l's are different, but you will find similar fonts in the Script section.
First one is Crass, second one isn't a font, all A's, O's and D's are different.

For me the letters look perfectly the same. It just looks like an unclean printout.
I'd say it is one, but hard to identify tho... too blurred.

Hi, that's a work of stonemasonry from 1955, so it's most probably not a computer font.
