That's really close, but not quite. In my searching, I found some closer.
I ended up just opening Illustrator and drawing what I needed myself.

I've done a lot of looking (mainly in script style fonts) but to no avail. I stripped this from a 60's yearbook, and i think the dots on the i's are added-in because they don't match other ones in the book. This is not Loki Cola or Coca Cola ii, so please don't propose those. I'll keep looking and post a solution no matter what.
