Suffering from a designers fault.
No, os2.usWinAscender + os2.usWinDescender are different hhea.Ascent and hhea.Descent
hhea.Ascent and hhea.Descent are used by some Mac apps.

Il y a de grosse chance que ça soit la même personne qui a fait Buxom pour URW, EF et Linotype.
