I think that it's not a font, but this one is inspired by Nero's logo and looks very similar:
Just wait a couple of seconds in the Main Menu until a sequence appears revealing the actual font's name, designed by tDR, which is...
(my own hosting, the most accurate with the in-game typography version is poorly available. Although version proposed by drf_ is pretty much exact to the picture above, except for the "7". Goteki 45 ftw.)

Any chance you could ask that creator of that font to upload it here?
I'm not that mentally ill to ask my own self...
DaFont did not accept the font, so, for your pleasure, I have uploaded it on Dropbox, doing a few minor upgrades by the way.

Hey, thanks Rodolphe, didn't know that tags like those work here.

Looks like that this was the basis for the logotype. They screwed it up, oh God.
It's apparently not a font. This one is from the F5000 era (WipEout 2097/XL), I'm currently making a font based on the F7200 version (WipEout 3), which lacks of those rounded corners, if you're interested, you need to wait.
"Owl City" (not exact) - the most matching one, but far, far away from perfection. Try looking for "Star Wars" logotype derivatives.

Sorry for bumping, but I couldn't stand that mistake :P
Their look is almost identical, BUT looks like that someone has applied some kind of rounding effect (after modifying the "t" a bit). Not sure, so let's just leave it as a suggestion or a similar font.

This one is called Clocktopia, not sure if it's available for download though. I'm afraid that you'll have to look for it on your own.
Identified font: Clockopia/Storopia
