... I am looking for a clean, simple, ... font ...
malvolio, please define 'clean', and 'simple'.
That is the Georgia from the Clickart 300 fonts CD. Copied by WSI as CathysHand and LysMedia as LEHN049. Probably also around under other names.
Why didn't you say that in the first place?
Yes, as it is not for personal/private use it counts as commercial use.
Just contact the author, explain your case and probably you may use the font for free or a symbolic fee.
On the cap or the knickers?

Cut the crap and post a better pict with a reasonabe size font.
Probably an or modified on purpose or badly traced logotype.
Also that G is completely different. No wonder because it is an almost straight forward copy.
2002 Kreative Korporation and Jewel Hill Music. Original artwork by Amy Taramasso.
... and thus has caused brain damage ...

This Halo Handletter is a bit too close for comfort to Font Diner's Refreshment Stand.
The serif is a Garamond.
Far too fuzzy for me.
I don't have a perfect match, alas, but is a Arnold Bocklin variation. The main difference is in the G and serifs of the K.
