For a commercial font, if you want to use it, you must pay it.
Downloading a commercial font for free, it's theft. An this forum is clearly wath you call "the wrong way" for that.

Have you tried with a size like 100 or more ?
Wath the number of color ?
With 2 colors (black and white, it's normal that the anti-alias don't have effect.
Have you tried with 16M colors or 256 grey levels ?
It don't happen with other fonts ?

D'autant plus que faire réaliser une police spécifique coûte sans doute plus cher que l'achat d'un logiciel de création de police.
Certe, le résultat d'un créateur professionnel est meilleur mais le logiciel est réutilisable.
