It's not a font : all the "e" are different and the 2 "l" and "o" too.
It's handwritten.

Une font n'a pas de couleur. Elle est uniquement composée de zones "remplies" et de zones "vides", sans référence de couleur.
C'est le logiciel qui l'utilise qui fixe sa couleur.
Ce que tu demandes est donc techniquement impossible.

Ensuite, il peut y avoir quelques solutions pour contourner ça en prenant des chemins de traverse.

Par exemple, on peut donner une illusion de "gris" plus ou moins clair ou foncé en plaçant des petits points (ou lignes) plus ou moins denses.

Pour ce qui est de ton cas, la seule solution serait de créer plusieurs police, chacune correspondant à une de tes couleurs, ce qui permettrait, en les assemblant dans ton logiciel, d'obtenir l'effet que tu recherche.

Don't use the JPG format to save a "lined" image. JPG use a destructive compression to save space ans modifie the image.
For pictures, it's almost invisible (with à less compression rate) but for "lined" image, it's horrible.
Use preferably PNG (or TIF) format.
