Hello is not Futura to me... maybe because your pic isn't straight.
It's too difficult to guess these 2 fonts with that pic, sorry, it's too small and distorded
it's not about fonts, it's about graphic design.
You'd better ask this in a Photoshop-oriented forum !
i don't know what you're talking about, but if you're talking about this : http://www.dafont.com/fr/forum/read/52833/police-l-atelier
i also disagree. I just clicked on the NO button.
as you said, 'Look closer!'
don't care, i downloaded the iDozer stuff...

Kind of similar, but not exact match.
This one seems bolder and maybe rounder.
And look at the 'g' of the Memphis

I have never heard of a font being "case sensitive." That was a first for me!
Most of them are.
The font used for the text in the dafont forum is Arial.
Arial is also a case sensitive font.
A, B, C,... : uppercase
a, b, c,... : lowercase
Sometimes, there are no characters in the Uppercase section, or in the Lowercase section.
Sometimes, both are filled with the same characters.
Sometimes, they're filled with vector drawings
