entreprise = société = ça génère de la thune, et dans certains cas vraiment beaucoup

Donc pour celles "à usage personnel", il va de soi que la réponse est non car il s'agit clairement d'une utilisation commerciale.
Après, concernant les polices "gratuites", aucun problème.
