Can anyone identify this font.
It's from a government form, not sure what it is. Tried times new roman but the C is off.

Pefect Dos VGA 437 Suggested by marty666 Try to make it grayscale instead of black and white.
Grayscale has 256 colors (grades) of gray. B/W has only 2 colors. Thus the pixelation. And thus the loss of detail as in the upper serifs of the T.
