Looks like a Eurostile Extended that the A had it's bar removed and then a 3-D effect was handlettered in.

Oh my - it's the A that was used in your sample for ADAPT...

…or as the wise lady suggested originally, 'A's with the bar removed. (I'm surprised we haven't had a Eurogrammamicrosquarestile moment, to be honest)

Guys, thanks for all those replies, but.. I actually have that file proving it is a font( and that is an A). Obviously is that Eurostyle font. So thanks.
