Naturally justified fonts?

Sorry for my English but... I'm looking for naturally justified fonts (same space whatever the sign is)
Does it exist?

Yes, it exist. I's named Fixed Width.
If you have windows, the "Courier New" is one of that.
You can find many other here : http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=503&fpp=50

There is a difference between Arial and Arial Monospaced
