I have tried submitting an image of the font I want to find ..Jpeg Tiff and Png does not load. What do i need to save as to submit.

Well, JPG or PNG is fine. Is the file on your hard drive or is a uploaded somewhere ? What kind of error message do you get when you try to upload your image ?
