Who can help me?
It need not be exactly the same, but some sort.
The typology is not distorted, the original is scanned that has not helped.

Suggested font
Crumpled Parchment Suggested by fonatica This doesn't look like a font...
It is...
Are you dead again?
No, simply I don't know it, but nothing in the picture make me think this is not a font...
It's just trashed...

I think I see what you mean...
Where did you get this, Jorpaes?
A particular book, which has a map of Australia and need to translate some terms and places, and I would use something (at least) like.
The map book is with this font.

Being a map, Malvolio could be right...

One last question will decide...
Did you scan this?
Yes, I scan. Why?
I can confirm that is a font.
As I mentioned in the post above, the scan is bad, the typology is not like the picture.
So it might be a font after all.
Let me try WhattheFont.
I try Amperzand.
Tanks and happy new year and salute from Brazil for my friends.

As Sweetface said, not a font. Handwritten, all letters are different. But for most every uppercase letter something similar can be found. Be it in different fonts. Can you make a high definition grayscale scan?
Happy New Year!
I'm not sweeface anymore, I'm cliffhanger.
"Great Victoria Desert" is similar to Crumpled Parchment

My scanner is not in good health, if you know what I mean, but the tip of the Amperzand will help for sure.
Ah, yes font is, if I could put the image of the entire map and you might understand better.
Great 2013 for us.
Jorpaes, rocamaco's suggestion is probably the best, since it has the swashed feel of the uppercase letters, and the crinkly look as well which Amperzand lacks.
