Downloaded and Unzipped Optimal font. Appears in Word as Optimal but when I select it the type looks like Times New Roman

I am running Windows 7 and have Word Starter. After preforming said steps Optimal appears in my scroll down box on word as it appears on this site, but when I select it and begin typing the type looks like Times New Roman. I already tried restarting word and rebooting computer. Any suggestions?
