What is the name of the font?

It was designed as a logo for the italian race bicycles manufacturer, and I've seen 60s cromoly bikes with it. I'd say it's not a font.

If you just want something similar, Ephemera is not a bad fit. Very similar indeed, in the LC glyphs!
