I think it is someone's version of Onyx - if not, it sure is close.

i don't have 2007, still using xp :L

It's not the version of Windows, (i.e. XP) its wether or not you have MS Office installed and if so, which version. If you have it, Onyx is bundled with some versions and perhaps you just haven't installed it. I'm not familiar with Windows Microsoft Office installers, but, for all i know, it could be an 'optional' install for the extra fonts.
Otherwise, I refer you to Heron2001's comment:
"It is a commercial font - and therefore, pay you must."
