That's what I thought actually, the position of the letters matches too, so... 
Búscate una novia tío y desahógate, que estás de un cascarrabias, eso es '28 Days Later' de aquí a Lima, con efectos por un tubo, pero es la fuente seguro...

As Rodolphe said above, it's just the font "as is" plus bold added, the sample is indeed a capture of my free font inspector, no more effects added...
