Where did you get this sampler?
Slight variations in the set copy "convenient to use" & "MOST IMPORTANT JOB IS" lead me to believe that this is a hand painted sample of a sign makers art. Compare the ABC... with the set text. So probably not a font.

Having said that...similar here (not an ID as I don't think this is a font)

I think it must be inspired by the font that you have identified.

Claude, wasn't your example digitized as Fat by ImageLine Inc, be it slanted a bit, and didn't Southern Software stretch and slant it to present us the WummerlinScriptSSK Bold?
