I'd like to make a book using these fonts for my sister. Any help could help me a lot ! If you can help me to find the "first" letters (initials ?) font, and also the font of the other letters it'll be great !

Hope someone will be as fast and as accurate as you for the initials !

To be honest, the initials don't look like a font...(someone else may yet know better)
The decoration in the centre of the 'O' looks like type ornaments.
If the initial doesn't need to match 100% then
