Looking to identify or find a similar font to the "home video" portion of this image. Please and thank you guys.

It's Compacta. More precisely, Compacta Black BT from Bitstream (they stopped selling it for some reason). The difference was that this version didn't have inktraps in letters like M and V.
Not sure but I think the E was modified to re-centre the middle bar.
