This one is called Clocktopia, not sure if it's available for download though. I'm afraid that you'll have to look for it on your own.

No, really, Clockopia is part of Storopia (full character typeface) but only has numbers. If you have Android smartphone with... mmm, version 2.x, open Vending.apk file, and you will find it in Assets/Fonts or something like that.
