It is Jokerman, as Xthian suggested, and is a font that comes with some systems -- however, any typography nerd will tell you that using Jokerman is not a good idea. For any project. It's considered one of the worst fonts out there. Just my two cents. I mean no offense, obviously, I just wanted to suggest perhaps looking around Dafont or another font site to find a custom font before using this one.

Like tessisamess said, jokerman is not very highly regarded. Should come pre-installed with Windows though?
