I thought is was some type of balloon font but just cant find the right one..If somebody could help me identify this that would be great...

It would be difficult to make these overlaps with a font.
However, I did find a font with almost identical letter-forms.

Close to the font, but not identical..Blowfish is more rounds than popeye type. Thanks for the lookout..
