A font doesn't come with colors, you have to add them in your image manipulation software, like Photoshop or Gimp.

Or, you will have to modify a font like the Pump Triline having the capitals the outer and inner lines and the lowercase the middle lines. Lowercase must then have negative bearings corresponding to the bearings of the capital letters. See, all is doable but typing becomes rather complicated as all capital letters need to be in red and all lowercase letters in blue.

Thus best follow drf's advice. Much easier and quicker. If you need the same text all the time then make it as a vector.

honestly I don't have no photoshop or nothing!
but actually the font koeiekat suggested would be useful! because I'll use it for a tattoo!
