Sorry if this is redundant or has been answered before but I have a couple quick questions if somebody could help. I see that the Misfits font by Rob Villareal is free for personal use. When I click on his name the redirect link is unfortunately, 404 not found.

What are the legalities of using the "Misfits" font for a commercial purpose? (will i get sued by the crimson ghost?)

Does anyone know how to contact Rob Villareal so I can ask/purchase for commercial use?

I tried to find some way to contact him, but no luck.
His page on luc devoye site http://luc.devroye.org/fonts-36511.html have several links, but they are all dead
No contact info in the zip file and in the font file
