Putting an image in my font display page

Hello,

I created an image to display my font (Turn Back Time) on its dafont page, but I've had quite a bit of trouble with it. I submitted it originally with the font file, and although the font was accepted the image was apparently not, because it never displayed on the page. I've contacted an admin with no response, and attempted to reupload the file, but it isn't registering. It was within the size limits and didn't contain any offensive/inappropriate content, so I was wondering if there might be another reason that I wasn't aware of?

Thanks,
Aly

Did it fulfil the criteria asked for?
"If possible in PNG (why PNG?) and not JPG.
Graphics with solid backgrounds saved in JPG will be rejected.
JPGs converted in PNG will be rejected as well, you must export to PNG the original, undamaged file"

Yes it did, but turns out it was a problem of one of the letters being cut off. Thank you for you help, though!

@Z
Did you solve that ascender decender issue?

ascender descender issue? Which one? (which issue, I mean; I've had many.)

"one of the letters being cut off"

It wasn't an issue of the font, but of how I'd formatted the image. I placed the beginning of the line too far to the left (as a stylistic preference) therefore cutting off the left edge of the letter.
