Boat sign identification

Mar 14, 2016 at 11:14

Hi! I´m about to make some new signs for a boat that was produced in the eighties, but I´m not sure what font to use in order to get it most authentic. Since these boats, and also the signs were made in the eighties I doubt that they used CNC machines, but handcarved or used a router instead. Therefore it may not be a font at all, but premade router stencils. Do you guys know of any similar fonts I can use? Here is a picture of the sign.

Neo Contact would be close if you lightened the vertical strokes by widening the counters etc to make a more monoline version.
Suggested font: Neo Contact

Similar, particularly if adjusted to make a more monoline version
Suggested font: Colonel
