What this font ??

The weight of this makes me think it is the defunct Image Club font named THOR with a modified "F"

on dafont - they have Viking - add weight, modify the F and you have it.

Taranis, a David Nalle font from 1993, is almost identical to Viking -- if you mirror the _i_
Either FONT could be thickened to mimic _REFUGIO_
