Jesus Christ, cause it's a custom font used solely for Pepsi. Nobody can download it since it belongs to them, so apply for a graphic job at Pepsi. That's your only chance of getting it.

Um no it's not. I found the font. It's called "Pepsi Light" by Gerard Huerta.
