This was lettering from the era when fans could buy a comic book for 10 cents.
To reproduce the letters, a font like Industry Ultra could be adapted. Needs to be thicker, narrower and customized with the serif at the apex of _A_. A companion font Industry Inc. has some shadow effects.

A2 Beckett Medium is close.
Expensive, and apparently available only from UK.

Klavika Display Bold is close.
Apparently available only from the foundry, unlike the ordinary Klavika which is also sold at MyFonts.
