Hello.
Can i use free fonts for commercial use?
For example Truskey(http://www.dafont.com/truskey.font) is free for personal use but Aldo (http://www.dafont.com/aldo.font) is a free font. Can i use Aldo for commercial use?

Why don't you simply read the Aldo license tekst? Well, if you did not want to, now you have to.

If you plan using the font listed above for a commercial project or on more than 5 CPUS within your company, it would be nice to make a donation.

We encourage to credit the names of used trypo fonts as well the author.

Comtact us for some link exchange.

Thank you.

For me, when I use a free font for a commercial use, I ever (try to) contact the author (if I can) to clarify the situation and don't risk furtur problems.

And what happens, if we CAN'T reach the author? No "read me" attached, no "license"?

I try to find a site with Google.
If not possible and that the font is not specied with an express limitation, I use it.

It's the limite of a reasonnable investigation. In France, we said : "A l'impossible, nul n'est tenu" (nobody must to do impossible)

ok, I've searched for a way to contact him but the only thing I found was his e-mail "jgentim@ifp.fr"... The only problem was that when I sent him a message, it got rejected and I got a message saying it wasn't delivered and so on... So I think I'll use it... Thank you for the replies, oppinions and help ^^
