Can i use free fonts for commercial use?
For example Truskey(http://www.dafont.com/truskey.font
) is free for personal use but Aldo (http://www.dafont.com/aldo.font
) is a free font. Can i use Aldo for commercial use?
Why don't you simply read the Aldo license tekst? Well, if you did not want to, now you have to.
Thank you for using a trypo© typeface

Hi, can I use this font for commercial purposes? http://www.dafont.com/iron-maiden.font
,say 600+ k views? with a donation ofc
For me, when I use a free font for a commercial use, I ever (try to) contact the author (if I can) to clarify the situation and don't risk furtur problems.
And what happens, if we CAN'T reach the author? No "read me" attached, no "license"?
I try to find a site with Google.
If not possible and that the font is not specied with an express limitation, I use it.
It's the limite of a reasonnable investigation. In France, we said : "A l'impossible, nul n'est tenu" (nobody must to do impossible)
ok, I've searched for a way to contact him but the only thing I found was his e-mail "email@example.com
"... The only problem was that when I sent him a message, it got rejected and I got a message saying it wasn't delivered and so on... So I think I'll use it... Thank you for the replies, oppinions and help ^^
