First glance - it looked to me like good old Trooper Roman (from typositor days - with lots of alternatives)

I know it's early, you just posted but if no one finds this gem - and you want a quick substitute - SoftMaker (one of my least favorite type manufacturers) made a rip off of Trooper called Toledo Serial. You may want to take a look.

And for those of you that just LOVE hitting the NO link - let me remind you - this is only a suggestion and NOT THE FONT.
