I hope someone can identify this font that is red & white. I know the image is kind of blurred the the item i got it off of was pretty small and the best example I could find. if you have this object, take another picture.
hard to guess if it's a font or not... i think it's not

(when zooming, Os, Cs and Is seem different)

I wish I did have the object but I don't. My friend bought the hand car but lost the side plate that was on there and wanted me to replicate it.

If you can do with something similar, you might want to try this one.
