The thin one in the word "CONGRESO"... Similar to Avant Garde but not that. THE "N"...

Thank you, but look at the "N" and the "E" letter in "CONGRESO", is not Code.

These letters are actually included in the font, they're stylistic alternates. You'll need to access the OpenType features to use them
