I see 3 times a T, they are different.
I see 2 times an H, they are different.
I see 2 times an I, they are different.
I see 2 times an E, they are different.
I see 2 times an O and that comes as a surprise, they are the same - that is, one is a 102,5 percent bigger than the other. Did they copy/paste an image? Or are we looking at the magic of Open Type with random substitution? And random scaling? Don't know as I can not find this one.
What bothers me is the 3 times the T.
For the time being I think it is not a font. But, it has happened before, I can be wrong.

Reminds me of Helvetica that someone has outlined and then drew a whole bunch of lines...

Perhaps you can scribble inside one of these to get the same effect
