If you have Helvetica it would look better than Arial...

Good Luck!

i tried matching them on photoshop just to see if they lok identicle using a layer and making it 50 % transparent, they both look very close, but the problem is the spacing between them, the paypal ones seem to be more wider

You can adjust the letter spacing in Photoshop. it's called tracking...

yeah ive been adjusting the letter spacing in Photoshop like you suggested but i can only get word for word tight since it is not the exact fonts and during a sentence words after that become even more out of line.

its too bad i can not attach more screenshots

If what you're typing is the one at the bottom, you're not typing in Arial!

says Arial in photoshop, can you point to a different arial i can download?, maybe the one i got is not the sam

thanks

No. Arial is a commercial font and is illegal to redistribute. (I know, I know! It's on every computer!) Still, it's supposed to be installed and working. Have you tried Arial in an other application? Compare the e, c and a from your example to make sure it's really Arial.

Or post more screenshots of your settings in Photoshop. I'm not sure how I can help anymore than that...
