Looking for the font for "starvved" portion, I know "GET FED" is Bebas Neue.

My main design station crashed epically the other day... I need help identifying this font that I used for a client project not long ago... I for the life of me cannot think of it, although I have found a few alternatives that I can tweak.

This is based on script font, but I can't recognize a single solid typeface...

It is Avenir® 95 Black as drf_ stated...

Both "r" characters have a slant that is added.

When I tried to use drf_'s link it didn't work so I attached a new one.

Any font similar to Rockwell - however the "E" is either custom, or indicative of another font being used.

It's a custom font.

What they did was take a standard font, perhaps Times even, and modified it graphically.
