Sorry, but the serifs of the Y join into a solid bar on Neobulitin, so in my mind, that's not really even close. That's why I hit, Bad response. I'll be a bit more sensitive in future.

No. It's a commercial product. Pay your $39 or use another font.

Looks Like a couple of the decorative glyphs from Bickham script (see glyph 1702 as a start point) sat on top of each other, but to be 100% you would have to post something a bit clearer.

My guess is that this is
a) Handrawn because the letterforms in the icons "A" & "S" are incredibly similar to the ones in the ARTCORE ICONS
or
b) This is based on a font, that I've never come across, and the icons are based on the font letters.
