It says free and there are no restrictions mentioned. Also, read the readme. Thus, no problems with the use of the font. Yet another problem may arise, the the Harry Potter Merchandising Empire. I'd say that when you use the font
but NOT to write Harry Potter and the team of your College is only playing locally and with little or no media coverage you are OK.

This, Tjitske, is the Edible Pet (by Nate Piekos, Blambot). Not the Edible Pet II. That one is caps only (normal and bold-italic). Comicraft has the same thing but only normal, italic and bold-italic,
