I'm working on a small indie-game, which I intend to sell on an app store, and I've decided that Nu-School Munitions is the one I want to use in it. However, I'm not having any luck tracking down the author to make sure it's ok for commercial use. Can anyone offer any info on the license or finding the author?

The author say clearly that he want to stay anonymous.
For me, that means he don't want to beneficy of hes copy rights.
But, it's just my own interpretation...

Yeah, probably just gonna cross my fingers and hope that if they don't care enough to provide a means of getting permission, they don't care enough to get upset...
