The fonts are downloading as png files and not .ttf files

I can't drag and drop - or intall png files!!!

and now i tried the other font and it is a .ttf file, but my computer is telling me that 'it does not seem to be a valid font'...?????

What Font ? How dis you tried to "intall" it ?
