I note the ghostly image of _shutterstock_.
The product seems to consist only of the letters A-Z.
Shutterstock generally sells these alphabets as eps or other vector formats for use in a program such as Illustrator.
Shutterstock sometimes does not include a vector format for its alphabets. Sometimes all they sell is a set of images formatted for use in Photoshop
You have the shutterstock item number. Quote it and you can purchase the alphabet from them.

This was named Cabaret Paulez and comes from Arti Letter-book 3, fancy letters, drawn by Martin Meijer, published 1949. The diamonds have been omitted.
