Does anyone know what the name of this font is please?

These thick and thin/stressed sanserif letters could perhaps be an edited font such as Peignot

This seems to be an exact match for the Latin subset of some fonts used for non-latin languages like Oriya MN, Myanmar MN, AND Lao MN by Murasu Systems Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia. Confusing website. However, Oriya, Myanmar and Lao are included in Apple's OS X. Unfortunately, if you use Windows I can't readily locate a legitimate source.
BTW the font seems to have been made by clipping the serifs off Times New Roman and making a few minor modifications.
