I'm looking for a font that could be used in small program to generate CNC toolpaths to cut out names from wood.
See this image for reference:

The ideal font would be useable for all possible strings and include both caps and lower case. This would be used in something for a kid, so a cartoon or school-look would be great.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Fonts for screen/print are a totally different world from CNC. No ttf/otf will work unless you convert them.
I know CNC, I don't know fonts. I do understand what's necessary to generate the actual tool paths from TTF so conversion isn't the problem. I'm just looking for a font that would produce that kinds of shapes I need. Letters in a string need to touch one another. No disconnected glyphs, etc.
