M+R, The last image is not the same font as the first. Both are most probably a copperplate or alike, the first one expanded and the last one condensed. The last one could be ImageLine's Font-A-Holic Regular ttnorm.
What puzzles me, however, is why would someone opt for using a font with such small serifs for such a small size on a screen. It just doesn't make sense.

I just wasn't after identification more if I could make a font based off of the files from the open source =P as much as it is close it isn't 100% there just due to them editing it a little bit here and there. I wanted that original pretty bad but if I can make this copperplate font monospace (thanks to koeiekat) then I will be extremely happy =)
As long, M+R, as you do not touch any Copperplate named font. They are all protected. Any idea why I gave you alternative names of extinct foundries? Think!
