The font has been abandoned, as the Pro site operated by Epic Delusions is no longer functional. Since we don't know whether the creator is still around or not, you CAN'T use it commercially. Typically, if an author is unreachable and the source it widely available, it's assumed they've passed on left the copyright rights to no one. In those cases, it IS considered viable to use it professionally, as long as you credit it and 'offer' to remove the work if someone demands you change it (even if it's unlikely).
