Has anyone had trouble downloading this file? I've done hundreds of downloads from here & this is the first time I had an error message when trying to extract the zip file. It said the file was empty. But the size of the file indicates data is there--I know this because one of the zip files that did work had the same file size.
I've also tried getting WinZip15 update but that doesn't work for this either.
Any help or words of wisdom????

No problem with it, I've downloaded in Windows Vista and unzipped with the own decompressor of the operative system...

Restart the computer and try it again...
