I'd say it was forced to bold, rather than stroked. But yeah, same You can do that with Photoshop, Corel, Gimp, and even with Office 2007/2010 too if I'm not wrong.

Do you know how force to bold "Arial Black"?...

(My graphic has been made with stroke=1, not forced to bold anyway)...

Lo he probado de nuevo y con el contorno consigues las esquinitas mas redondeadas (con contorno mayor que 3 y con una fuente de gran tamaño). Sea como sea, casi recomendaria usar el contorno para mas suavidad.
Lo de forzar a negrita funciona cuando el tipo de suavizado es "fuerte", "nitido" o el otro modo que no me acuerdo menos el "redondeado" y "ninguno", por supuesto. (con "redondeado" consigues otro tipo de bisel, pero ese no redondea las esquinitas)
